Through dealing with a recent traumatic body incident, Vivi turns to Abhaya yoga for breathing and moving in way that
brings relief, acceptance and most importantly LOVE to the one who needs it more directly in the present moment: Ourselves.
We will start with a small introduction, breath, move, and enjoy our bodies for 80-90 minutes.
